And I would add that in looking for a Circle that one needs to be sure that several things are in place:<br />1. a written policy for personal safety. Body Sacred has such a policy and it makes every adult responsible for their own safety both physical and psychological. <br />2. a written touch consent policy. Antioch College, Yellow Springs, Ohio developed a touch consent policy for their campus. One must request permission to touch, kiss, sex, etc…not just the first time, but every occasion. <br />3. Two facilitators for every Circle...Megan, if you aren't certified to diagnosis and treat someone who has psychological problems, make sure you refer them to someone who can.
