In most situations, when something happens to us, we go directly from downloading the information, reacting to what has happened, and embodying the results of that reaction, or whatever comes up for us, with no deepening.With the Integral "U" Process, we take the time to go to an open mind (gross realm) to Open Heart (subtle realm) to Open Will (causal realm) allowing the stillness, the source, to arrive.
This is known as "Presencing." Down the "U" on the left, up the "U" on the right, embodying a deeper solution than is possible by reacting.
