Looks like an interesting book and I think you really get to the root of realizing that there is no easy path and we will be warriors at different stages. But there are ways to help spiritually navigate life like, meditation, merit, values and commitment.

Where do you find time for another blog with all the ones you're following? Amazing! I hope you do read the book. Integral means whole, complete, and an "integral" approach to "warriorship" does mean that one follows the additional paths you speak of, with being a warrior only part of the path to wholeness, albeit a very needed path at this time on the planet.
